Street Net Youth Service

Street Net is designed to increase opportunities available to disengaged young people commencing secondary education, up to 18 years of age, including Aboriginal and CaLD youth. Street Net provides early intervention, diversional and recreational activities, and case management for young people living in the Peel Region who are at risk, through centre based and outreach services.

We specialise in Respectful Relationships Education to equip young people with the knowledge and skills to recognise unhealthy relationship patterns, and to develop healthy and safe relationships which are free from violence and abuse.

We also facilitate Drumming programs and one-off sessions to raise awareness of the fundamental skills and values that support healthy interaction between people in relationships.

Street Net is a RYDE Provider. RYDE seeks to provide young people the opportunity to complete their 50 hours of supervised ‘log book’ experience by connecting Learner Drivers with Volunteer Mentors and a dedicated program vehicle, so that they can obtain their licence and all of the opportunities that come with it.

Street Net is a registered KidSport Financial Assessor. KidSport enables eligible Western Australian children aged 5 to18 years to participate in community sport and recreation by offering them financial assistance of up to $150 towards club fees.

We can also assist young people to access other youth programs and activities.

Suitable for age groups 12 - 18 years
