Passages is an engagement hub that provides holistic support to young people experiencing disadvantage and homelessness or at risk of.

Our purpose is to create a safe, supportive and person-centred environment for young people experiencing a range of complex issues to address their needs.

Passages provides a safe, friendly and non-judgmental place to access individualized support from youth workers as well as information about and referrals to other services. Young people can get support for basic needs such as food, material aid, showers and a laundry. We also have in reach services such as Centrelink, Homeless Healthcare, Street Law and financial counselling who attend Passages for weekly clinics.

The centre is open:
Monday - Thursday, 9am - 12pm then 1pm - 4pm.
Friday 9am - 12pm.
