We offer a free outreach service to: Young people 12-25 (and their families) With moderate to severe mental health need or facing complex life challenges Who are looking for help to function better, improve their mental wellness and relationships We can provide: Counselling and other psychological expertise Youth workers to help with other life challenges Peer workers and group activities Access to a Medical Consultant for additional support
