Our Housing Support Worker supports individuals, couples and families aged 16 to 25 who are exiting homelessness services and still require additional support to overcome homelessness. The program supports young people to;

Find and maintain stable accommodation
Work through personal issues such as substance use, mental health and wellbeing
Develop an action plan to achieve housing, education, employment and financial goals.
